ALPMA 2026: Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Tensis Group Pty Ltd (ABN 16 163 715 428) of Level 29, 66 Goulburn Street, Sydney 2000 NSW Australia, trading as Smarter Drafter.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are attending the 2026 ALPMA Summit + ALTACON (the “Event”).
2.2 Employees (and their immediate family members) of Tensis Group Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

3.1 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
3.2 To enter, eligible individuals must visit the Smarter Drafter stand at the Event and complete an entry via the QR code/entry form provided.

4. Entry period

4.1 Entries open at the start of the Event and close Friday 11 September 2026 at 4:00Pm AEST.
4.2 Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. The draw

5.1 The winner will be drawn at random using a random number generator at 4:10Pm AEST on Friday 11 September 2026, at the Smarter Drafter stand, ALPMA Summit + ALTACON, Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre.
5.2 The draw is not open to the public to attend.

6. The prize

6.1 The prize is one (1) LEGO® Star Wars™ TIE Fighter, set 75095, valued at over $550 (AUD).
6.2 The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other substitute.

7. Winner notification

7.1 The winner will be notified in writing via email within two (2) business days of the draw.
7.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw, or does not respond within that time, the prize will be redrawn following the same process.
7.3 The prize will be delivered to the winner at the Promoter’s cost within 28 days of the draw.

8. Data use

8.1 By entering this promotion, entrants agree that Tensis Group Pty Ltd may contact them about Smarter Drafter Pro.
8.2 Tensis Group Pty Ltd will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://smarterdrafter.com/privacy-policy/

9. General

9.1 This promotion is conducted by Tensis Group Pty Ltd and is not conducted in or associated with Victoria’s permit-based trade promotion lottery scheme, as it falls below the threshold requiring a permit.
9.2 LEGO® and STAR WARS™ are trademarks of their respective owners, who do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this promotion, and are not associated with it.
9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of these terms, or to amend or terminate this promotion at any time, subject to applicable law.
9.4 These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
